This Two Part video is about making A 3020 Mini-CNC Router Engraver Enclosure for under £10 (approx $15 USA) to reduce noise, mess, swarf contamination and enable you to safely see the job when using the engraving router. Industrial machines have expensive custom made enclosures, and with this method a decent enclosure can be made cheaply in an matter of hours. It will also offer some protection against high speed projectiles from snapping high speed bits or flying pieces of work in the event of a hardware or software crash or human error ;-)
In this blog I described technology practical fixes that help me, which readers may find useful.

CNC 3020 6040 Engraving Router Mach3 Printer Port Fix How To Set Up
Expensive buy on eBay from Portsmouth, turned out to be China ;-) it arrived damaged due to poor packing, and at 52 kilos it would be extremely expensive (no refund on shipping) to return. After removing a bent panel I set it up but it wouldn't work GULP then Matt reminded me it wasn't like the Mac where things just work, that I'd need to go digging about in the innards like the old days.. in the BIOS. So after many BIOS and other parameter changes its now working. This How To video is about setting up a recently purchased CNC 3020 4-axis Router Milling Engraver from eBay running Mach3 through an old Parallel Port. Despite the software apparently running it would not talk to the Router, a chat with Matt and Eureka its working. Here is how I sorted it out.

What a day, important docs to print, HP Laserjet 6MP (mac postscript) printer cartridge out of toner, get years old spare from Garage that works briefly that covers the paper in ink. Here's how I refilled my empty HP Laserjet 6MP printer Toner Cartridge with the Toner from a old but unused Faulty Cartridge.
It not at all difficult to do, just a bit messy. If you don't want to refill it yourself then there are cartridges on Amazon:
